Purchases count as stock in; sales count as stock out. Quantities are in units (1 unit = 80 kg). Opening stock is not a transaction.
Daily Profit / Loss
Daily net result: sales − cost of goods sold − expenses. Amounts in ₹.
Total Stock Left (units)
Estimated closing stock (units) at the end of each day. 1 unit = 80 kg. Calculated from current stock and reversing later sales/purchases.

Add Product
1 unit = 80 kg. Both cost price and selling price are entered per kg. The app automatically calculates the per-unit (80 kg) cost and selling price for stock value, profit and margin. Opening stock is only for new products (units). For existing products, record a purchase or sale to change stock.

Staff & permissions
First create a staff account in Supabase Authentication → Users. Copy its user UUID below, then grant only the permissions needed. This screen cannot create authentication accounts directly.
Permission changes are checked by the database. Deactivating an account prevents future authorized operations.
Cloud sync & privacy
Your stock data is stored in the central cloud database and is available to authorized devices. This browser does not act as the source of truth. Access is controlled by your account permissions.
All amounts display in Indian rupees (₹). Cost and selling prices are entered per kg; the system multiplies by 80 to get the price for one unit (80 kg) for stock value, profit and margins. Opening stock and quantities are in units.
Export a copy
Export only the records your account is authorized to read. Store exports privately; exports are not a substitute for a database backup.
